Satish Kaushik's sudden death has shocked the entire nation. The veteran actor and director passed away on March 9, 2023, after he suffered a heart attack while he was travelling in a car in Delhi. Satish was attending a party on Holi hosted by one of his friends where he complained of uneasiness in his chest. Satish Kaushik is an Indian actor, filmmaker, and theatre director. He was born on April 13, 1956, in Dhanounda, a small village near Mahendragarh in Haryana, India. Kaushik started his career in Bollywood as an assistant director to Shekhar Kapoor in the 1983 film "Masoom". He then appeared in several films in supporting roles and gained recognition for his performance in the film "Mr. India" (1987), in which he played the character of "Calendar". In addition to acting, Kaushik has also directed several films, including "Roop Ki Rani Choron Ka Raja" (1993), "Prem" (1995), and "Mujhe Kucch Kehna Hai" (2001). He has also directed a number of successful plays, including "Saiyyan Bhaye Kotwal" and "Chintu Ji". Kaushik has won several awards for his work in the film industry, including the Filmfare Award for Best Comedian for his performance in "Ram Jaane" (1995).
